Bookings and cancellations

Book online up to the moment a class starts, space permitting. Cancel free up to 8 hours before class and your credit or session returns automatically. Inside 8 hours, the visit is used; it is how the spot economy stays fair to the waitlist. No-shows count as used visits.

Two weeks unlimited for $49, one per person, ever. Starts on first booking, not at purchase.

Memberships

Monthly, auto-renewing, cancel anytime from your account; access runs to the end of the paid period. We will always email before a price changes, with at least one full billing cycle’s notice.

Class etiquette

Arrive before the start; doors may close at start time for hot classes. Tell your teacher about injuries or pregnancy before class, every class. Phones stay outside the room.

Health declaration

You confirm at signup that you are able to take part in physical exercise and will flag relevant conditions to teachers. Our classes are not medical treatment; see a professional for medical advice.

Workshops, retreats, and trainings

Each carries its own capacity and refund policy, shown at checkout. Retreats: full refund minus deposit to 30 days out; 50% refund inside 30 days; transfers to a friend welcome any time. Teacher training deposits hold your seat and are non-refundable once the cohort is confirmed.

Online studio

Streams and the library are for the account holder’s household, not for rebroadcast. Access follows your subscription status.

Refunds

Where a refund is due it goes back to the original payment method. Where you would rather have credit, say so; credit never expires while your account is active.

The fine print

We may update these terms; the dated copy on this page is always current. California law applies. If a class is cancelled by us, you get the credit back instantly and an email straight away.
