The Main Room seats 16 mats; the Movement Room hosts Rocket, workshops, and anything that needs wall space. The tea bar is not a gimmick.

- Main Room · 16 mats. Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Beginners Series. Warm wood interior, views of the redwood line.
- Movement Room · 10 mats. Rocket, workshops, special events, and wall work. Props throughout.
The tea bar
Open before and after every class. A rotating selection of loose-leaf teas, brewed properly. Worth staying for; regulars do.
Practical
Free lot next door. Doors open 20 minutes before class. Showers and a full changing room.
