Data subject request

Under California privacy law and applicable data protection regulation, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you at Solas Yoga. Tell us what you need and we will get on with it.

To make a request, write to us using the details at the foot of this page. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete your request within 30 days. If we need a little more information to verify your identity first, we will ask.

What you can request

Access. A copy of everything we hold about you.

Correction. An update to any information that is wrong or out of date.

Deletion. Removal of your personal data from our systems. Note that we may need to keep certain records for legal or tax purposes. Where that applies, we will tell you which records and why.

Export. Your data in a portable format, such as CSV or JSON, so you can take it elsewhere.

How we handle it

You can exercise these rights under the GDPR and equivalent data protection law. There is no charge for a request in normal circumstances, and you do not need to give a reason.

Once we have what we need to verify who you are, we will process your request within 30 days. If a request is unusually complex, we may need a little longer, and if so we will let you know before the 30 days are up.
