Our classes / The course library

A whole practice, waiting on demand

Full courses you can follow at your own pace, from a first careful morning to a month of flow. The library is open whenever you are, and it comes with membership.

A live class asks you to be in the room at a set time. A course does not. These are structured journeys you can start tonight and return to tomorrow, with the lessons laid out in order so you always know what comes next.

Each one is taught by a teacher you would meet in the studios, filmed in our rooms, and built to be followed at home with very little kit. Press play, follow along, and pick the thread back up whenever the day allows. Nothing expires, and nothing rushes you.

Here is what is in the library right now.

Getting Started

A short introduction that shows you how the library works before you commit to anything longer. You will learn how courses, lessons and progress fit together, set up your space, and finish your first proper practice. Half an hour, start to finish, and the gentlest possible on-ramp. Open it in the course viewer and you are away.

Foundations

Ten lessons with Marcus Reid on building a safe, sustainable morning practice from the ground up. Marcus is unhurried and exact, the teacher you want when you are starting out, and he builds each session on the last so nothing arrives before you are ready for it. By the end you will have a confident morning routine you can keep for life. Begin in the course viewer.

30 Days of Flow

A month-long Vinyasa journey with Grace Kim, one short class a day for thirty days. It is built for momentum: roughly twenty-five minutes a session, enough to feel the change without losing the morning to it. Follow it in order and you will finish with a daily habit that holds on its own. Start day one in the course viewer.

Yin Deep Release

Six long-hold Yin sessions with Willow Hayes, studio-grade and properly slow. These are the long, quiet practices for hips, back and shoulders, the ones that ask you to stay a while and let something soften. Best in the evening, with the lights low. Settle in via the course viewer.

Desk Undone

Fifteen short practices to undo what a desk does to a body, each one between fifteen and twenty-five minutes. No mat required and no fuss; just honest resets for tight shoulders, a stiff neck and tired eyes that you can slot into a working day. Take the first one whenever you next need it, in the course viewer.

Membership is the way in

The whole library, every course and every new one we add, comes with a Solas membership. There is no separate course to buy and no per-lesson charge; one membership opens the lot, alongside the live classes and the studios. See what membership includes and pick the level that suits how you practice.
